● We at Tromko know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver
your orders in a timely manner. Our large network of couriers aim to deliver your
orders in about 5-8 working days securely.
● Shipping is available across India in various locations. Before placing the order,
submit your pin code in the pin code section below the products to get the availability
of delivery in your location.
● We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
● To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product
needs to be ordered. Maximum of 10 products of a single piece will be accepted in a
single order.
● MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the
government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
● Gift wrapping option is not available.
● You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After that,
once the order is packed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
● In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise

All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped.
All cancellations will be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
To cancel your order, send us your reason for cancellation along with your order no.
with your registered email ID to care@tromko.com
After the order has been shipped, you won't be able to cancel the order. Only
exchange of your product will be available.
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added in
our blacklist.

your purchased product. We strive to make your exchange process smooth and easy.
Innerwear products on the website cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons of
safety and hygiene.
Activewear products on the website can be exchanged and returned.
To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 7 days of
receiving the product.
Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the
“Exchange Form” section anytime during the exchange period and submitting your
request with the said form.
Exchanges are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same
condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged
packaging – and must have their original label. Items that have been damaged by you
cannot be exchanged.
If an exchange needs to be made, you can select the product/size you wish from the
inventory.
The product you request for in exchange should be of the same or higher value than
the one you have purchased in your previous order.
The shipping cost for the exchange of the product needs to be borne by the customer.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
We strive to work on always making your experience with Tromko a pleasant one.
However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as part of
your order, do not worry. We are there to help you.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving
the product on care@tromko.com / +91 91042 08380 to raise a complaint.
Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a picture of your
damaged/defective product along with the description of
the damage on care@tromko.com
Once the request is approved, we will either make a request to pick up or advise you
to send the product back to us at 2nd Floor, Plot No. 3/A, Block B, Amravathi Colony,
Kakaguda Village, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana-500 009, India.
Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in
the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and
undamaged packaging – and must have their original label.
If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the
product will be reimbursed by us after we inspect the product and approve the return.
Once we inspect the damaged product as we receive it, we will approve the return
after it matches all our criteria.
We will send you a fresh product then which shall reach you within 7-14 working days.
